Greetings from The Royalaires! 

We wanted to bring our dear friends up to date on what is going on with our ministry.

We completed our new CD “Feel the Joy” and it has been a real blessing to many people.  The song selection was carefully selected to minister to folks during these difficult times.  There is nothing like a song  to usher you right into the joy of worship and appreciation for your blessings.  The songs are God’s Wonderful People, Better Hurry Up, Heaven for Me, Old Time Power, I’m Free, When I Lift Up My Head, Unseen Hand, Happiest Feeling, Wish You Were Here, I Remember the Day, and Holy Ground. The cost of the CD is $15.00.  Just give us a call or send us an email if you would like a CD for yourself or for someone for a Christmas present.   

Our Homecoming Concert in Columbus, OH on November 8^th is still blessing our souls.  When Jim Hill started singing his signature song “What a Day That Will Be”, the glory began falling and there wasn’t a dry eye anywhere.  What a time we had!  Well, glory!

The Royalaires continue to be blessed with good health and invitations to minister in song for our Lord!

We are currently looking forward to our 25^th Singing at Sea Cruise in February 2010 and are already starting to plan for the cruise in 2011.  Every year we look forward to this cruise with delightful anticipation.  Some of you have traveled with us on this cruise for many years and we are grateful for your presence.  You have become part of our family and we depend on your friendship and prayers to keep our ministry on the road (and on the seas). 

We are again considering taking the bus from Ohio to Jacksonville, Florida in 2011 (over one year away).  If you have traveled with us in the past, you know the fun and fellowship begin when we load the bus in Ohio and don’t end until we get off the bus a week later.  Don’t you just love it when your adventure starts the minute you leave home!  We have great singing, testimonies, and lots of laughter on the bus.  Many of the travelers bring snacks to share.  As we roll on down the highway, we are happy in our luxury bus filled with joy!  Maybe we will call our bus trip “Glory” because it reminds me of a phrase from a great gospel song – “let the Glory roll.”  Let me know if you would consider going on the bus in 2011 so I can began making the arrangements. 

It seems very early to start planning for 2011, but the last two cruises sold out so quickly that if you are thinking about going on the Singing at Sea Cruise next year (February 14-19, 2011) you should seriously consider making a deposit soon.  The cruise ship Carnival Fascination will be sailing out of Jacksonville, F to the Bahamas.  Jeff Templeton has again graciously invited the Royalaires to sing on the cruise, and we are so honored.  We never take this invitation for granted and are blessed to be included with many of the big names in Southern Gospel Music.  If you are able to go on the 2011 Singing at Sea Cruise, we would be grateful if you would sign up with the Royalaires as your hosts. 

 We are so blessed to be able to have the freedom to travel and sing for the glory of God.  Our hearts are full of our love for our Savior and thankfulness for His mercy grace all these years.  Well, Glory!
